StreetRails (streetrails.com) is run by The Bishop Way, Inc., doing business as Advally, 5165 Sherbrooke St West, Suite 500, Montreal, QC H4A 1T6, Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms. The person responsible for the site and for what happens on it is Doug Bishop, Advally’s CEO.

Report something

To report a post, a clip, a comment or a user, email [email protected]. You don’t need an account. Tell us the link to what you’re reporting and why. We read every report and aim to answer within two working days. Report anything that puts someone in danger first, and call your local emergency number if a life is at risk.

Who can use StreetRails

  • Anyone can read the site.
  • You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you’re under 18, get a parent’s or guardian’s OK first.
  • If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it and what it posted.

What you post

  • Rails, clips, votes and comments you submit are public. You keep the rights to them and let us show them on StreetRails.
  • Post only what you have the right to post. Don’t post anyone’s private details.
  • Don’t post anything illegal, including content that sexualises children, terrorist content, threats, harassment, or content selling drugs or weapons. Don’t post spam.
  • Street-rail spots are often on private property. Don’t post a spot’s private access details, and don’t encourage anyone to trespass or break the law.
  • Skiing and riding rails is dangerous. Everything here is for information, and you ride at your own risk.

What we do about it

  • We can remove content, hide it, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or the law.
  • When we act on your post or account, we tell you what we did and why by email, unless the law stops us. Reply to that email to ask us to look again.
  • First-time comments wait for approval before they appear.
